Who do I call when I arrive for curbside pickup?

Once you arrive into the parking lot of the address below, please call 707-200-8327 to let us know you're here! We will ask you which car you are in and then bring your order out to you.

Are you the same owner as the Montgomery Village location I remember?

Yes! Michelle Marie is thrilled to be serving the Sonoma County and North Bay communities through our new website!

You can expect the same level of attention to detail, mouth-watering menus, and Sonoma County flair that you know and love from Michelle Marie's Patisserie - a North Bay staple for over 30 years.

Do you offer shipping?

At the moment we do not offer shipping.

In the future, our goal is to be able to ship throughout the continental United States.

How should I place my order?

Please browse our available menu items HERE and add items you'd like to order to your cart. Complete the online checkout process and you will be able to choose between Curbside Pickup in Cotati, CA and Local Sonoma County Delivery.

How far in advance should I order?

Orders will be ready within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 4 pm PST will be processed on the following business day.

Pickups and deliveries are available on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 am - 3 pm.

What does 'Local Curbside Pickup' mean?

Curbside pickup is available at the following location on Wednesdays and Fridays only.

Please note, this is NOT our previous Montgomery Village, Santa Rosa location.

Do your products contain any allergens such as tree nuts?

Many of our items are nut-free, but they are made in a facility where nuts are used.

If you have concerns, please email us to check the specific items ingredient list before purchasing.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We offer delivery within Sonoma County, California to the cities of:

  • Rohnert Park and Cotati
  • Petaluma
  • Santa Rosa (Including Oakmont)
  • Kenwood
  • Windsor
  • Healdsburg
  • Sebastopol

Please note we charge $25 for each local delivery and delivery windows range between 9 am - 4 pm PST.

How much does local delivery cost?

We charge $25 for local delivery.

What should I do if there is an issue with my order?

If there is an issue with your order, please email all the information and pictures to info@michellemariespatisserie.com ASAP.

What if I will be late for my pickup?

Please make sure to pick up your order within a 15 minute window of your chosen time slot.

If you cannot make your chosen time slot, please call us as soon as possible at 707-200-8327 to try to reschedule.

**If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may not be able to hold your order as we are a popup and are no longer a walk-in retail store.
